When required, AW Handy Works LLC will recommend or coordinate with appropriately licensed professionals.

All prices listed, described, or quoted through this website are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on actual labor, materials, and site conditions.

While we take great care in our work, AW Handy Works LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or structural problems discovered during a project. Additional repair needs may result in additional charges.

5. No Warranty Guarantee Disclaimer

AW Handy Works LLC offers a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor. No guarantee is made regarding the long-term performance of customer-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

The date the contract is signed, and the date by which the homeowner may cancel the transaction (three business days after signing the contract). NOTE: Saturday is a legal business day in Connecticut.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and timely work, customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, clear workspace access, and disclosure of any known hazards.
